Meta charges per conversation, not per message. A conversation is a 24-hour window of messages with one contact. Marketing conversations cost ₹1.09, Utility and Authentication cost ₹0.145 each, and Service conversations (customer-initiated within 24hrs) are completely free. We pass through Meta’s pricing at cost — no markup whatsoever.
